- Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be initiated by clients engaging the services of Helpdesk FSSAI Consultancy (“the Firm”), operating through its official website, www.helpdeskfssai.com.

By availing any service offered by the Firm, the client (“you” or “the applicant”) acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Policy without limitation or qualification.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth herein.


1. Nature of Services

Our consultancy services involve expert guidance, documentation, submission handling, and coordination with statutory authorities for FSSAI registration, licensing, and compliance. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of these services, our refund and cancellation terms are specific and limited.


2. Service Cancellation

      2.1. Once a service request is initiated and payment is received, the project is considered active and assigned to our team. Cancellations will only be considered if        no substantial work has been undertaken by the Firm within 15 working days from payment, and the delay is attributable solely to the Firm.

      2.2. If you wish to pause your service request, we may hold the payment as a service credit for a maximum of 12 months, at our discretion.

      2.3. In case of cancellation after partial work has begun, a cancellation charge of 20% of the total service fee will be deducted. Additionally, any government fees,        third-party costs, or administrative expenses already incurred will be non-refundable.

3. Refund Conditions

      3.1. Refunds are granted only in specific circumstances where:

  • The Firm has not initiated any work within the stipulated period, and;

  • The delay or non-performance is due to the Firm’s internal fault.

      3.2. Refund requests must be made in writing to info@helpdeskfssai.com within 30 days of payment, along with supporting documents and a valid explanation.

      3.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of confirmation, and a formal email notification will be sent.

      3.4. No refund will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind by the client after payment;

  • Delay, rejection, or non-compliance by the regulatory authority (FSSAI);

  • Client’s failure to provide necessary documents or respond in a timely manner;

  • Services already rendered, including draft preparation, submission, or consultancy.

      3.5. All statutory payments (e.g., FSSAI government fees, stamp duty, penalties) made on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

      3.6. As a gesture of goodwill, the Firm may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund of up to 20% of the professional fee under exceptional and verifiable                  circumstances. Such cases do not establish a precedent.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Firm shall not be held responsible for delays, denials, or any outcomes determined by government authorities. The approval or rejection of FSSAI applications lies solely with the relevant regulatory body. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God, internet outages, or unforeseen administrative delays.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amritsar, Punjab.

7. Policy Updates

Helpdesk FSSAI Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
